How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

1. Open the help desk portal. You can access the portal using your phone or another computer if necessary.

2. Click on "Submit a ticket".


3. Select the category that best describes your issue.

 

4. Fill in the form, making sure the email address is correct, and click on "Submit Ticket".

 

5. Done, you have successfully submitted a help desk support ticket. Please wait for IT staff to attend to your issue.

6. When Submit is successful you will get Email Notification with ticket ID and Ticket Status View Link, on your given email address.
